🍅 Baked tomatoes with tuna and cheese 🔸Portions: 4 🔸Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: • Low-fat natural yoghurt – 2 tbsp 🥛
• Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp 🥣
• Canned tuna in its own juice – 1 can 🍣
• Fresh or dried dill - 1 tsp 🌱
• Large tomatoes – 4 pcs, halved 🍅
• Your favorite cheese - 4 slices 🧀
• Pepper to taste 🌶 Preparation: 1️⃣ Heat up oven to 180 degrees. Place a sheet of foil on a baking sheet.
2️⃣ Mix yoghurt and mayonnaise in one bowl, then add tuna puree, dill and black pepper.
3️⃣ Spread the tomato halves on a piece of foil.
4️⃣ Spread the tuna mixture evenly over all the halves and place a slice of cheese on top.
5️⃣ Bake in the top third of the oven until the cheese is melted, 4 to 6 minutes.
6️⃣ Then cover the sandwich with the other half of the tomato.
7️⃣ Let cool slightly before serving. Baked tomatoes for sandwiches are a great alternative to bread!
