Chicken roll👍😊 ✔️ Ingredients: 1 kg chicken fillet, 25 g gelatine, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, paprika, ground black pepper, dry herbs ✔️ Preparation: 🔹Cut the fillet into small pieces, grate the garlic on a fine grater. 🔹Mix all the ingredients well, put on clingfilm and wrap tightly in several layers (7-10 for strength) to form a bar. 🔹Put into the water and cook for 1 hour. 🔹Drain and allow to cool to room temperature. 🔹Place in fridge and let set. 😋Bon appetit!
