Low-calorie cauliflower pizza Base:
cauliflower - 300g boiled and crushed or grated
17% cheese - grate 150g
Mix all well and put on parchment-lined form.
Salt Put into a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 minutes.
Sauce: 70g tomato paste after baking grease the pizza base with the sauce

Topping: Boil 120g chicken filet and cut thinly
raw champignons 30g mushrooms chopped
sweet pepper 40grites sliced finely
thinly sliced onions 15gr
grate 17% cheese 50gr gr on large grater
Place the filling on the base of the pizza on top of the sauce and sprinkle with cheese; bake for 10 minutes more.
The pizza is very tender and soft, I cut off a slice and put it on a piece of bread and it keeps its shape and crispiness is very good.
