Job Overview: As the Head of CS & Support at Optimus FZCO, you will lead the end-to- end customer experience for our healthcare clients. This includes ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion of our product as well as overseeing all support operations to ensure timely, high-quality resolution of client issues. You will work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams (Sales, Product and Engineering) to align customer objectives with our platform capabilities. You will also be responsible for developing internal best practices, playbooks, and processes to scale both the Customer Success and Support functions efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive SaaS experience, a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, and a proven track record of driving both customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
