Senior Client Success Manager Hi! I’m Kate, Team Lead of the Client Growth team at Evido by Aitarget. We’re expanding and looking for a Senior Client Success Manager — someone who will become a trusted partner for our Enterprise-level clients, guide them through onboarding, and support their paid campaigns across platforms, with a strong focus on Meta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, understands performance marketing, and can combine strong communication skills, technical expertise, and independent decision-making. The position is more account-focused than buying-focused, with a high level of ownership, continuous learning, and real influence over processes. Key Responsibilities Client management & onboarding • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with Enterprise clients • Lead onboarding: explain product logic, guide clients through key steps, and answer early-stage questions • Handle day-to-day communication: calls, presentations, proactive support, and fast problem-solving Work with advertising platforms • Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads • Oversee campaigns end-to-end: uploading creatives, monitoring performance, optimizing • Advise clients on additional platforms (TikTok, Telegram, Snapchat, DV360, X, etc.) — willingness to learn quickly is essential Data & insights • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations • Translate complex technical and analytical data into clear, actionable business insights Cross-team & platform collaboration • Respond quickly to client requests, including technical ones • Communicate with Meta, TikTok, and other platform support teams • Collaborate with internal teams: product, finance, sales, and tech Proactivity & client growth • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and additional solutions • Suggest improvements to internal processes and the client journey • (Nice to have) Mentor junior specialists Requirements Professional • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads within the last 6 months — mandatory • Experience with Google Ads — a strong plus • 3–5 years in digital marketing (client service, account management, or performance marketing) • Ability to manage several clients simultaneously • Strong English (spoken and written) and Russian (professional or native) • Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis • Excellent communication skills and structured thinking Personal qualities • Highly communicative and client-oriented • Proactive, independent, and decisive • Detail-oriented and well-organized • Able to work quickly and calmly under pressure • Genuine desire to help clients and grow in digital / AdTech • Strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus points • Experience with TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads, Snapchat, DV360, X, LinkedIn • Experience preparing media plans and client-facing presentations Why join us • Remote work within GMT+3 to GMT+5 • Direct work with Enterprise clients and full ownership of their success • Opportunity to influence product development and internal processes • A culture that values expertise, autonomy, kindness, and healthy communication • Fast decision-making, minimal bureaucracy, and space for initiative • Growth in AdTech, cross-platform learning, and complex client cases If this sounds like your kind of environment, I’d love to meet you. 📩 Send your CV to job@evido.me Please don’t forget to mention the position you’re applying for.
