Today’s expression is inspired by what my whole family has been doing for the last week since we all caught tonsillitis. It’s called bed rotting. 🛌 Bed rotting means spending a lot of time lying in bed doing very little—just resting, relaxing, or even just scrolling on your phone without actually sleeping. For me, this week was full of bed rotting because my energy was gone and I needed to recover.
