Realising that everything is temporary often gives me strength and energy to overcome challenges. The same phrase reminds me to rejoice in happy events and savour the beautiful things right now. 3. We often get stuck on a task, running negative thoughts and scenarios through our heads millions of times.When you start thinking not about the problem itself, but from the perspective of how to solve it, life becomes much easier.
