Are you into horror movies like me❔ Personally, I love a good scare. But not all horror movies are worth watching. Some are just a loud jump-scare ride that you forget the next day, but others stay with you for a long time and explore deeper themes! Here are three of my favorite horrors. 1. Hereditary (2018) The movie has a pretty disturbing premise about family trauma. And there's a pretty gruesome moment in a car that just shocks you. However, at its core, it's still a horror about demons and ghosts and things like that. So, lots of fun! 2. Barbarian (2022) I love how at some moments this movie can be absolutely bombastically terrifying and at others, it's just quiet and eerie. This is one of those 'smart' horrors which still has a scary monster in it, but, you know, the real monsters are people (men). Be prepared for some disturbing stuff there. 3. Bring Her Back (2025) Kids can be very spooky! It's a new movie and I've only seen it once but it was such a thrilling ride! The knife scene (if you know, you know) is gruesome and disturbing. There's a creepy kid, some supernatural stuff, a crazy lady. Basically, all the ingredients for a terrifying cocktail!
