Will do: • Defining requirements and preparing technical specifications (ToR) for both internal and external developers. Managing the full implementation cycle, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met; • Consulting merchants on various payment methods (H2H/Redirect) and ensuring stable data exchange via APIs/Webhooks; • Analyzing and configuring logic for different transaction types (Deposit/Withdrawal) and monitoring their impact on integration solutions; • Conducting in-depth analysis of acquirer logs during integration and project delivery stages. Identifying issues and setting well-justified tasks for their resolution; • Making decisions, managing risks, and handling force majeure situations under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions; • Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation and describing new platform functionalities. Requirements: • Experience working with integration solutions in Fintech/E-commerce. Strong understanding of transaction-based business architecture; • Confident use of Postman/URL for request debugging; solid understanding of API architecture, JSON/XML structures, HTTP methods, and webhook workflows; • Ability to structure technical information clearly and communicate requirements effectively to developers, while maintaining company interests in terms of timelines and quality; • Project management experience with short lifecycle projects. Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and developers; • Readiness to work in a high-responsibility environment, respond quickly to incidents, and meet deadlines.
