Hello everyone! Thank you for the brilliant discussion we had last week! Meetings like that always fuel my resolve to select best stories and participate in literary discussions no matter what other tasks try to slow me down. Next time I suggest we read a story by one of my favourite writers, A. S. Byatt (1936-2023). I decided I should get acquainted not only with her critically acclaimed novels, like Possession and The Children’s book that I equally eagerly recommend, but also with short stories.
