The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, along with the ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic individual eager to build relationships, close deals, and grow the business. Responsibilities: •Identify and pursue prospective clients in the GCC region. •Design and implement strategic plans for business development to achieve sales goals. •Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, comprehending their requirements and offering customized digital marketing solutions. •Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing sector. •Work jointly with marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients. •Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase the company’s visibility and generate leads. •Track and analyze sales performance, delivering insights and recommendations for enhancement. •Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Requirements: •Bachelor's degree or higher. •At least 5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency within the GCC region. •Fluent in English and native in Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. •Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency environment. •Strong ability in account management and relationship building. •Interest in digital marketing, SEO, website development, and related services. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
