👇 ENGLISH VERSION Internationally wanted for allegedly organizing a financial pyramid scheme

Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation and Federal Penitentiary
Service of the Russian Federation the man who was on the international wanted
list for organizing an illegal pyramid scheme. According to investigators, the suspect and his accomplices have been
conducting illegal activities since 2014 across nine regions of Russian
Federation. As previously reported, the
perpetrators created subordinate organizations with a network of
regional branches that operated under the unified brand "Life is
Good." Citizens were offered membership in the organization, with promises
of either new premises or an annual income of up to 30%. However, the
defendants did not actually invest their deposits. The real estate
acquisitions and promised payments were made by attracting funds from new
clients. Furthermore, citizens were misled about the level of return on
their investments, stating parameters in the contracts that were much lower
than promised. Finally, investments received from citizens was stolen. In 2023, a criminal case was initiated under Articles 159, 172.2, and 210 of
the Russian Criminal Code. The defendant left the Russian Federation and
fled abroad. At the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the
Russian Federation, based on materials provided by the General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of
the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, an international search for the defendant was initiated
in February 2024. In December 2025, he was arrested in the UAE. Due to cooperation via INTERPOL channels and with the assistance of the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian federation in the United Arab Emirates, the extradition of the wanted person to the Russian Federation was agreed upon.
