The team works at the intersection of Web3 integrations and high-load distributed systems. ✦ Job Description: We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build scalable backend services powering decentralized applications. You’ll work with EVM and Solana blockchains, design off-chain infrastructure, and take ownership of production-grade systems used by a global user base. Key Responsibilities: – Integrate with EVM and Solana blockchains (ethers.js, web3.js, solana/web3.js). – Process on-chain data, interact with smart contracts, index events. – Build backend services and SDKs in Node.js / TypeScript. – Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, gRPC, ClickHouse, AWS, Kubernetes. – Own production code: monitoring, debugging, incident resolution. – Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices. – Collaborate with Protocol, Frontend, Data, and DevRel teams. ✦ Qualifications: – 4+ years of backend experience with Node.js / TypeScript. – Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure. – Solid testing practices (Jest, Mocha, Sinon). – CI/CD experience. – Ability to deliver reliable, maintainable production code. – Fluent Russian (internal communication), confident English (docs & technical discussions). ✦ Preferred Qualifications: – Hands-on Web3 experience (EVM, Solana). – Ability to read Solidity smart contracts. – Familiarity with DeFi protocols. – Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). – Background in other ecosystems (Go, JVM, C#, etc.).
