You’ll work across the full ML lifecycle — from datasets and training to production inference and monitoring — in close collaboration with the product and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: – Fine-tune and optimize large language models. – Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data → training → deployment). – Optimize inference and model serving. – Monitor model metrics and performance in production. – Collaborate with PMs and engineering teams. ✦ Qualifications: – 3+ years of experience in ML / LLM / NLP. – Experience building full training pipelines end-to-end. – Strong skills in model optimization and quantization. – Python, PyTorch. – Experience with Grafana, Prometheus. – Git, AWS (SageMaker & core services), RunPod. – English C1+, Ukrainian/Russian C1 or native. – Residence outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. ✦ Preferred Qualifications: – Hugging Face ecosystem, LoRA / QLoRA. – CUDA 12.x, vLLM / Triton. – FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes. – Vector databases and RAG pipelines.
