Our client is building a multi-jurisdiction, multi-brand, multi-product online gaming platform. It is a unique opportunity to join the company at a stage of growth and transition from a startup to stability and predictability. What we expect: ✅ Proven track record as a senior Delivery Manager / Release Manager / Program Manager. ✅ 3+ years of experience in similar roles. ✅ Experience enforcing delivery discipline in product-led engineering teams. ✅ Deep practical experience in Atlassian ecosystem with: Capacity planning, velocity tracking, forecasting, and release management ✅ Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when needed. Definitely a plus: ✅ Experience in the gaming industry is a plus. ✅ Experience in regulated or high-availability environments ❗ The candidate must be based in Tallinn.
