Key points: ▪The discussion revealed the seriousness of the situation in the border areas of the Belgorod region. Ukraine's ongoing terror campaign includes daily shelling of Belgorod, which has claimed the lives of dozens, if not hundreds, of non-combatants. ▪The Kiev regime fails to adhere to the IHL norms and continues to deliberately target densely populated areas using drones and NATO-EU produced weapons. Kiev's activities, carried out with the tacit consent of European states, have signs of a state-level terrorist structure that defies any humanist ideas. ▪We hope that the materials from the teleconference will serve as a basis for further professional dialogue at international venues.
