No bargaining, no discussions about the fare. At the end of the ride, you immediately receive a receipt and can pay either in cash or by card. Inside the car, there are screens with translation into multiple languages, allowing passengers and drivers to understand each other easily. The driver’s details are displayed, along with information about places you can visit in Makkah. The vehicles are equipped with internal and external cameras for safety, as well as an emergency button that connects directly to the dispatch center via audio or video.
