From mid-May, military mobilisation offices in Ukraine will start summoning people who have previously been declared unfit for service for a medical examination. This means that disabled or sick people can be drafted into the army. This was announced by Deputy Defence Minister Ivan Gavriluk (pictured). According to him, there is now a coordination of changes in the relevant decree. Previously, Zelensky had signed laws lowering the age of conscription from 27 to 25 and abolishing the status of 'restricted fitness'.
