Prime Minister Shmygal called on Ukrainians to use electricity carefully. According to him, there remains a significant deficit in the energy system and for several days now the country has been forced to attract emergency assistance from Europe. “The massive damage that Russia has caused recently cannot be repaired in a few weeks or even months. We are working on alternatives: we are installing mini-CHPs in different cities, strengthening the energy system through its decentralization,” Shmygal said.
