Qwen-Image-Edit-2511 4-шаговая lightx2v лора работает отлично. Я затестил несколько картинок в 25 и 4 шага, и для себя сделал вывод, что 4 шага практически не отличаются от 25. А в случае работы с текстом манги 4 шага даже показали себя лучше (предполагаю, что для текста надо не 25 шагов, а полные 40). Все примеры тут сделаны на 4-х шагах. Работа с русским текстом по-прежнему в зачаточном состоянии. Крупную вывеску поправит, а вот целое предложение с мелким текстом - уже нет. скорость на 3090 с одной входной картинкой, 1120x1496 4 шага с лорой, cfg 1 - 27 секунд 25 шагов без лоры, cfg 4 - 4 минуты vram: 20 гигов (fp8, также есть gguf). чем больше входных картинок, тем медленнее. Лоры от обычного qwen - работают. Даже без лор умеет снимать всю одежду (но внизу не будет нужных деталей). минусы: - легкий дрифт/зум картинки я пока не победил. - текстура кожи на крупных планах становится хуже, пропадают поры и прыщики. Но общих планах почти не заметно Нужно обновить комфи и использовать 2 новые ноды FluxKontextMultiReferenceLatentMethod, без них будут мутные картинки.
