Good morning, my dear girls ☀️🤍 Today I want to share with you my morning rituals — those little habits that help me start the day gently, calmly, and with love for myself 🥰 When I wake up, I don’t grab my phone right away. I give myself a few minutes of silence — to feel my body, my breath, my mood. The first thing I do is drink two glasses of warm water with lemon 🍋
It gently wakes up the body, activates metabolism, and feels like it “switches me on” from within. Next — breathing exercises.
A few simple cycles of deep breathing help calm the mind, fill the body with oxygen, and set the tone for the day. And of course — massage ✨
A light self-massage of the face or body is not just about beauty, but about connection with yourself. Through touch, we bring back attention, care, and energy to ourselves. And also — dancing… 🔥
To warm up and gently awaken our incredible feminine energy 🫦
Soft, flowing, “cat-like” movements, when you simply follow the music and your body…
In that moment, not only your body awakens, but also your mood, confidence, and sensuality. Sometimes I add stretching or light movement — so the body wakes up along with me. The most important thing is to do all of this not as a “to-do list,” but with love.
