The monument to the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay in the park of the same name in Silahtaraga district, Istanbul. The fountain does not work, the granite is broken from the facing of the monument, the local boys hit the ball against the pedestal, everything around is littered with garbage - this deeply disturbed me.
