🇦🇿 Fully Funded Scholarship in Azerbaijan The Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program offers 100 fully funded places each year for international students to study at Azerbaijani universities at Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Medical and Residency levels. The scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly stipend, international flights, medical insurance, visa and registration. The grant is awarded annually and supports studies for the full duration of the chosen programme.
