Here's what's important to know: – Baium is a world boss, which means any clan with Crystal can enter through ToI. The Division system doesn't work here. – Entry opens at 75%, 50% and 25% boss HP (for 2 minutes). Additionally, entry will open if the Boss doesn't lose health to 75/50/25% within 20 minutes.
