What you’ll do - Cut long-form videos into optimized Instagram Reels - Edit original vertical clips for Instagram-first distribution - Apply motion graphics and kinetic text - Optimize pacing, hooks, captions, and visual rhythm specifically for Instagram Requirements - Proven experience editing short-form content - Strong motion graphics and text animation skills - Clear understanding of Instagram retention mechanics (first 1–2 seconds, pacing, pattern interrupts) - Strong English - Ability to precisely replicate an existing style and quality bar Quality reference (must match).
