Everyone keeps asking why alts and utility tokens are getting destroyed. Just look at this heatmap. Most SaaS stocks are down 30-55% in merely a few weeks, Adobe, Snowflake, Datadog - all getting wrecked. Now think about what most utility projects in crypto actually are. They're SaaS on steroids. Same AI disruption hitting them, but with way lower market caps and 1000x the volatility. If billion dollar software companies with MILLIONS of paying users are getting punished this hard - imagine what happens to a low MC utility token with barely any revenue and customers? Yeah. Exactly what we're seeing rn. So how come I'm still BULLISH long term? Because IMO - crypto's biggest use case hasn't even been unlocked yet. Every AI agent in the world is going to need a financial layer. Something permissionless, programmable, 24/7 - the purest form of crypto.
