What you’ll own: • E-commerce content & commercial calendar • Affiliate marketing & TikTok creator ecosystem • CRM, segmentation & loyalty strategy • Campaign execution across EU markets • Performance optimization (ROAS, LTV, Conversion, CAC) What we’re looking for: ✔ 6+ years in e-commerce / digital / CRM ✔ Strong commercial & analytical mindset ✔ Experience in luxury / premium beauty / fashion preferred ✔ Affiliate & creator management experience ✔ Team leadership ✔ Fluent English ✨ Digital Content, Project Manager INTL. What you’ll be responsible for: • Managing the international content calendar (EU & APAC) • Coordinating shoots, post-production, and creative workflows • Aligning digital content with brand strategy across markets • Partnering with creator agencies and overseeing UGC • Supporting coverage of major European events (PR events, Fashion Weeks, Eurovision, etc.) • Tracking engagement metrics (IG, TikTok, Paid) and driving optimization • Acting as the central coordination point across creative, production and commercial teams What we’re looking for: ✔ 3+ years of experience in content strategy / digital content management ✔ Native or fluent English (mandatory) ✔ Experience in beauty / lifestyle industry (must) ✔ Strong project management & organizational skills ✔ Social-first mindset with strong understanding of trends ✔ Analytical and data-driven approach ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment 📩 Присылайте резюме Юлии - juliar@gvahim.org.il
