Author: @svitlana_lopatovska Message: #Backend #Parttime #Python #Ai #Llm We are looking for a Python engineer to help us validate and implement a repeatable pattern for building LLM-powered workflows that integrate with internal systems (where access and integrations can be cumbersome). This is a retainer-style engagement with fixed hours per week (the resource does not need to be exclusive). Employment type: 0.5 FTE Project Duration: 6 months (with possible prolongation) Location: Europe, Ukraine (remote) Language: English B2 (upper-intermediate) Must-have requirements: - 4+ years of professional development experience - Strong Python development experience, including threading/concurrency (and performance-minded backend design). - Hands-on experience using closed-source LLMs via API, especially tool-calling (agents/tools/function calling). - Practical understanding of vector databases and chunking, plus “good prompting” guidelines. - Experience hosting closed-weight models, ideally including DINO / GTE / BGE (or very similar). - Ability to build basic Python UI tools (e.g., Streamlit) for internal demos/workflows.
