Let's talk about truly terrible things?💥 It's terrible, in my opinion, to live an artificial life, the life you strive for, without making any or even the slightest effort for yourself first. Yes, as social people, we're prone to envy or prejudice if someone has it better than us. But I realized that envy is the best fuel for motivation. Have you ever considered taking this envy and, rather than channeling it through aggression, channeling it into motivation? Seriously, it works. At university, we studied "national security," and even that covered a fair amount of personality psychology. For example, you're fat and you see a young, muscular guy with a beautiful woman driving to a restaurant in a fancy car 💪 What's going through your head? Aggression, envy, hatred, but ultimately, who's the threat? You are. And most importantly, not to him (he's doing well anyway), you're the threat to yourself 🫵 Why not take a look around and just take a break from some of the things that are holding you back? I'm willing to bet you have people with bad habits or know people who indulge in critical behavior and even find excuses for it—they're holding you back. And that holding you back includes actions or thoughts that won't yield any benefits, even in the long run. Screw it all, time is short. I'm not saying go and do everything you can to break your back, but I'm trying to convey that time is short, so you don't waste time on trivial things. Stop repeating this damn cycle ⏳ I know we all have crossroads from time to time—we eat unhealthy food, develop bad habits, choose laziness. But screw it all, with this lifestyle I'll be doomed to unhappiness. Promise yourself that after these thoughts I have at 5 a.m. and which I'm writing right now, you will break this cycle ✊ Time has passed. And mistakes spare no one.
