On the homepage of education-in-russia.com, click “Register.” 2. Fill in your personal information. In the field “Country of application,” select the country of your citizenship. If you have dual citizenship and one of them is Russian, select your foreign citizenship. If you have dual citizenship and neither of them is Russian, choose the citizenship of the country where you’ve lived most of your life. 3. After registering, click “Create a new application.” 4.Fill in your personal details. 5. Choose your field of study and up to 6 universities in order of priority (1 = the university you want the most). 6. Upload the documents required for the first selection stage (print and upload your consent for personal data processing, your passport, and your educational document). 7.
