Environmental and Social (E&S) Manager/ Менеджер по экологическим и социальным вопросам в ТОО ТотальЭнерджиз Реньюэблз Сервисез Казахстан During development stage: - Serve as the E&S focal point for Company E&S Coordinators at the headquarters. - Oversee and continuously improve the environmental and social compliance of Mirny project with respect to Kazakhstan’s legislation, Total - Energies and Lender’s requirements; - Define and monitor the status of the project’s ESIA studies, process of obtaining the environmental permits/licenses with follow-up actions; - Report the progress of E&S activities to the Project Development lead and E&S Coordinator in headquarters; - Gather and consolidate the E&S reporting database (including sustainab’ALL KPIs) and report to the Company headquarters. - Participate in and represent the Company during meetings with key stakeholders/communities During execution phase: - Review the EPC HSE Annex and adjust it according to the ESIA outcomes; - Review and approve EPC E&S management plans (ESMP) prepared by EPC Contractor; - Participate to HSE meetings with Contractors and ensure E&S topics are raised and accepted. Qualifications / Experience required/ Competencies - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental and social management, preferably in the renewable energy sector. - Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, international standards, and best practices in E&S management. - Experience in managing E&S studies Подробности
