Russian President Vladimir Putin has endorsed the initiative to declare 2026 the Year of Unity for the Peoples of Russia. 🤝 The goal is to strengthen ties between the country's 190+ ethnic groups, preserve languages and traditions, and host cultural festivals and exhibitions. Two new official holidays were also established: · Day of Languages of the Peoples of Russia (Sept 8) · Day of Indigenous Small-Numbered Peoples (Apr 30) This is a unique chance to learn more about each other's cultures and strengthen our shared heritage! 🌏
