🌍 cis business development (bd) lead – xt.com location: cis region department: business development reports to: regional director / global bd head about xt.com xt.com is a globally recognized cryptocurrency exchange offering spot, futures, margin, and derivative trading. we are expanding rapidly across the cis region and seeking a strategic bd lead to scale operations and partnerships. role overview the cis bd lead will oversee business development efforts across the cis region (including kazakhstan, uzbekistan, ukraine, and surrounding markets). this role focuses on ecosystem partnerships, institutional relationships, affiliate networks, and market penetration. key responsibilities develop and execute regional growth strategies for the cis market. identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with kols, affiliates, brokers, funds, and trading communities. drive user acquisition and trading volume growth. establish local brand presence through events, media collaborations, and community engagement. work closely with marketing for localized campaigns. analyze regional market trends and competitor strategies. provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership. requirements 4+ years of business development experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech. strong professional network within the cis crypto ecosystem. demonstrated success in driving partnerships and measurable growth. fluency in russian and english (additional cis languages are a plus). strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders. preferred experience leading regional bd teams. familiarity with regulatory landscapes across cis countries. strong understanding of derivatives and institutional trading products. apply via telegram: @crypto_talent26 Contact: @crypto_talent26
