NP Capital is looking for an Intern for its Luxembourg-based VC fund, which is focused on growth- and late-stage tech companies from the US/EU. The Intern will support the fund’s team in the research and deal execution process (entirely remotely). Responsibilities: • Industry research and analytics • Analyzing the pipeline of companies • Gathering data and financial modeling • Preparation of presentation materials for internal and external use • Support colleagues in all aspects of deal execution • Participation in sourcing and screening of potential investments • Other ad-hoc tasks Requirements: • Strong interest in VC and Tech • Strong analytical thinking and business sense • At least 3-6 months of internship experience (VC / PE / IB / Consulting / Big-4 experience is preferred) • Ultimate / penultimate year BSc student (or MSc student) from a top-tier university with a major in Finance / Economics / Business / IT • General understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling • Advanced written and oral English • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Participation in the CFA program is an advantage If interested, please send your CV to info@np.capital with the subject "Late-stage Fund Intern" #CaseSchool_vacancies
