Conduct and manage online soft skills assessments for the local workforce in the Philippines. 2. Design and develop training content, including presentations and supplementary materials. Required Skills and Qualifications · Assessment: Ability to evaluate key soft skills effectively. · Instructional Design: Ability to gather and validate information from internal stakeholders, organize complex content clearly, and communicate key ideas through clear content and training materials. · Soft Skills: Basic project management skills, adaptability to a fast-changing environment, and a commitment to transparent, cross-cultural communication. · Language: English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher. Preferred Qualifications · Experience in sales training or L&D roles within the sales and/or fintech domain (as an Instructional Designer, Methodologist, or L&D Specialist). · Experience working in cross-cultural teams & crossfunctional teams.
