Unfortunately, a lot of people get hung up on (зацикливается)waiting for someone else to pump them up. They think their teacher or coach should motivate them during the process of studying or working out. But here's my concern: a teacher or coach can't motivate you. They can only inspire you. The drive has to come from within. So, that's my point of view. I don't buy into the hype around waiting for motivation to strike. Don't count on a fleeting (мимолетный) feeling.
