🥰New Year, new post😎 Good morning, my dear friends! It's been a minute (=прошло много времени). My New Year's holidays were so packed that there wasn't a single day that I stayed cooped up at home (=сидела в четырех стенах), so let's catch up on my pastimes↙️ 🍊To ring in (=встретить) the New Year, we went to Saint Pete. We had a whale of a time with our friends, playing Bingo during the President's speech, quizzes and Alias afterwards. We conked out (=вырубились) at 6-ish in the morning🐱 ⛸️We took a stroll around the city, soaked in the decorations, went ice-skating on the biggest ice-rink in Russia, and were wined and dined (=вкусно ели) at posh restaurants🥗 ❄Also, we went to Vyborg. Never before had I been there and despite the frigid weather conditions (=суровые погодные условия), we thoroughly enjoyed the city and Monrepo Park cuz the scenery was indeed outstanding! 🤡Having had a blast, we headed to Yaroslavl, and not only did we meet up with all our friends, but we also hit the ground running snowboarding!
