Responsibilities: Mission: AI Revolution needs you 🫵 Future is already here but it’s not evenly distributed. Bring it to businesses and people everywhere by making advanced AI accessible, useful, and seamlessly integrated into daily workflows. Model Development: Build and deploy AI models with RAG and tool calling for various product features (e.g., AI accounting, new customer onboarding, customer care, document recognition, categorization, fraud detection). Quality: You understand that great models are built on great measurement — you choose the right signals and turn them into meaningful improvements Integration with Product: Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to bring AI features into production. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI research and propose innovative applications relevant to Finom’s mission. Requirements: Seasoned Python professional with a passion for AI/ML. You have extensive experience with frameworks and libraries such as LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers. Deployment expert who has a proven track record of successfully deploying ML models in production environments. Strong software engineer with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and best practices. Cloud-savvy individual comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow within the organization Effective communicator who is fluent in English (B2+ level). Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering. Experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark). Previous work in fintech or financial services. Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects. Soft skills: You communicate with clarity and keep everyone aligned with transparent updates. You know when to act and when to hold back. You set clear priorities and follow through. You invest in your own growth and actively support the growth of others.
