What you will do Create and adapt promotional banners for various website formats. Maintain consistent visual styles across all promotional blocks. Design engaging visual concepts based on provided project briefs. Apply retouching and color theory to ensure high-quality output. Requirements 3+ years of experience in graphic design. Fluency in Russian. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with AI and generative design tools. Strong retouching skills and understanding of composition. Nice to have Experience in 3D design and modeling. Understanding of typography principles. Proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of advertising principles and performance metrics.
