Local Recruitment Manager / Sourcer Manager – Online Betting & Casino Brand (West Africa/MENA Region/Uzbekistan) Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit local candidates for Affiliate Manager and Bank Transfer/MobCash Manager roles in Burkina Faso, Mali, Benin, Senegal, Cameroon, Cote dIvoire, Morocco, Egypt, Iran, Algeria, Somalia, Uzbekistan. - Develop and execute localized recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Use platforms like Linkedin, Telegram and others to network and drive recruitment. - Provide insights on regional talent markets and hiring trends. Requirements: - Proven experience in recruitment within the online betting, casino, and affiliate marketing industries in Burkina Faso, Mali, Benin, Senegal, Cameroon, Cote dIvoire, Morocco, Egypt, Iran, Algeria, Somalia, Uzbekistan. - Strong network and understanding of local talent in the affiliate gambling and payments space. - Experience with Bank Transfer and MobCash agents and managers. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented.
