MTProto Layer 224 is now supported on the production server (since around January 30). This means the new features are now available server-side. That said, a stable client update is unlikely to roll out today. It’s more realistic to start expecting it from February 1. After that, there will likely be a few more days of waiting for most users to update their apps before features like Gift Crafting work properly for everyone. → thx @telelakel
