I replaced suspension. Now the drum stands flat. The unit is working properly. Per tech only!!!!! On my first visit, I didn't notice that the panel was sticking up a little on the left side. When I started to disassemble, I saw that the Cover Top Assi was physically broken and the door where the hinge mount was simply not fixed. The plastic is physically broken here. Cx just said that it bothers him. I'm not sure if this is normal wear?! If it's covered, then need to replace it Assy Semi Cover Top Part #DC97-21612A
