AI Workflow Specialist We’re looking for an AI enthusiast to help us build smart, AI-driven workflows. Although no proficiency in coding is required, we expect you to be a technology enthusiast and to have a basic understanding of how to work with data and basic coding skills, or eagerness to learn vibe coding fast. You should be familiar with tools like Claude, n8n, Cline, Cursor, or similar platforms and understand how to design effective prompts, build workflows, and use databases for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Your main focus will be building tools that help us analyze data and generate actionable insights — from sales pipelines to internal knowledge bases. An example of a project for you to take is to build an AI agent based on both semantic and keyword search in a vector database containing meeting transcripts. You'll work closely with leadership to turn AI into real operational wins — building automations, internal help centers, and AI-driven analysis tools that directly impact the business.
