Let's designate them conditionally - light, medium and heavy. With light - only entry from mobile devices is blocked. With medium - entry from all devices is blocked * With heavy - a complete block of both the channel and the channel creator's account is possible. 1️⃣ You cannot enter a blocked Telegram channel from your phone if you have the official Telegram application installed. For example, if you have an analogue - Telegram X, then you can enter a blocked channel from your phone (but someone wrote that they also cannot enter, so you need to test, I have no problems with Telegram X). Perhaps someone can log in from a phone for other reasons... 2️⃣ I log in from a PC to Telegram channels that were blocked several months ago (maybe they have a light block). But I also can't log in to some blocked channels (maybe they have a medium or other block). It's unclear how Telegram determines which channel to block. But the fact is that with a light block, the channel remains accessible and the database is saved (we'll see how long). ❇️ I have a 95% guess as to what content on the channel's topic was blocked for, but I'll keep that to myself (this information and experience cost the channel too much and I'm not ready to leak it yet, and if I do leak it someday, it won't be cheap).
