Everyone carries the same risk and reward from day one. It doesn’t guarantee success, but it removes a common source of distrust. Combined with a usage-based flywheel, this gives the community real ownership, not just narrative ownership. The challenge now is execution. Fair launches only matter if the product earns loyalty.
