Так вот… поспешил. 🥲 🧾 Получаю от юристов Google новое письмо такого содержания: "Unfortunately, though, your registration and use of the gem-to-pdf.com domain and “Gem to PDF” as the new name of your Chrome web browser extension are not acceptable. Google also owns rights in the mark GEMS which it uses in connection with the custom version of its Gemini AI chatbot services. See https://gemini.google/overview/gems/. As such, your use of GEM to offer services related to Google’s Gemini offerings is still likely to cause consumer confusion as to whether Google is the source of or is otherwise affiliated with your offering." Если коротко: GEM 💎 - это тоже торговая марка Google. Я, честно, офигел, что они настолько далеко ушли в этом вопросе 😳 В итоге - очередной полный ребрендинг. Чтобы не играть больше в угадайку, взял максимально безопасный, 100% нейтральный вариант: 🪂 ai-chat-to-pdf.com Надеюсь к картинкам пока придираться не будут..
