Reviving Traditions, Expanding Horizons! Specially for the Nauryz holiday, Air Astana is launching a new menu featuring national dishes, developed in collaboration with the authentic Kazakh cuisine restaurant Sandyq. The menu includes Sandyq restaurant’s signature selection of dishes: beshbarmak, «Buqpa» beef with vegetables on fire, «Qymyz qabyrga» lamb ribs in qymyz and others. The dessert selection will showcase unique national sweets. During the festive days passengers will also be offered the main festive dish - Nauryz kozhe! Happy Nauryz - the celebration of the spring equinox!
