It happened a few months ago when I was working on a lesson about technology and ethics. I decided to use an AI-powered tool to generate discussion questions and vocabulary exercises for my student. I typed in a short prompt describing the topic, and within seconds the tool produced a list of ideas, including speaking questions, useful phrases and even a short reading text. What impressed me the most was how quickly it generated structured and relevant content. I felt genuinely fascinated by how efficient the technology was. It saved me a lot of time and helped me come up with ideas I might not have thought of myself. At the same time, it also made me realise that while AI can be extremely useful, it’s still important to review and adapt the material to make sure it fits the lesson perfectly.
