Most of those fast trades usually come with high price impacts and mev attacks. Bots most times can't handle that. But with a Dex like KyberSwap, you have those features inbuilt and automated. Outside this, Trojan and most TG bots charge as high as 1% in fees. But a fast DEX charge between 0.15% to 0.3% You wouldn't know how much fees you pay annually until you check your total volume.
