🇷🇺🎺🇿🇦 Russia and South Africa deepen cultural cooperation Independent Media, together with MIA Rossiya Segodnya, is holding the CTIJF Jazz Photography Exhibition “The Jazz Legacy Collection", at the Youngblood-Africa Gallery in Cape Town from March 5 to 30. This partnership represents the core of the two countries' media participation in the festival’s visual arts programme, underscoring a shared commitment to storytelling through imagery and the celebration of creative collaboration across borders. The exhibition features selected images from the internationally-acclaimed Andrei Stenin International Photo Competition, as well as vivid photographs taken by Independent Media photographers at the Cape Town International Jazz Festival (to be held on 27-28 March, 2026) It also introduces a Digital Catalogue on-site, allowing attendees to engage with the exhibition’s images via their own devices, improving accessibility and deepening interaction with the works on display.
